How Do I Qualify for X-Plan Pricing?
If you're employed or retired from an eligible partner company, or a member of certain organizations, you may qualify for the X-Plan. Household members are also eligible, provided they live at the same address. Proof of eligibility, such as a recent pay stub, company ID, or driver's license, will be required to take advantage of these great savings.
